this is summer itself, a semi naked wedding cake, vanilla sponge (bottom red colloured with beet)
infused with prosecco, filled with rapsberriecurd, and white chocolate mousse.
covered with white chocolate ganache, very thin and not everywhere.
the tarlets, has the same inside…
topped off with all kind of real eatable flowers, flowers of herbs a.s.o. and fresh fruit
there are: violets, daisy pansies, cosmos, fennel, mint and chocolatmint, dahlia, (yes eatable, bitter but eatable), fuchsia’s, cornflowers, and more, strawberries, blueberries, blackbarries, redberries….
a feast for the eye, a treat for the mouth……
and the weather was great too!
