This was a cake I did back in May for the organic intersession class on their last day before their exam, an organic chemistry/Breaking Bad themed cake. The “meth” is homemade rock candy and all the other decorations are fondant and gumpaste. The top of the cake features one of the reactions they study in the class. Lots of molecules and bits of molecules to represent the model kits they use.
