Hi all, This is my own birthday cake from last Sunday and I did my own cake. The cake is,a vanilla sponge cake with raspberry and vanilla bean curd filling coveted with fondant. It became two tiers as my eldest too celebrated his confirmation on my birthday at church as a catholic adult. My plan was to do a joint cake, but finally ended up as my own birthday cake alone as my teenager did not want to cut a cakr for his confirmation. At his last minute decision, changed my whole design and the plan and ended up with bit of stencil work and hand painting on it. Hope you ladies love it..
