Sophie was 16 this week, and as her Mum Karen knows she really loves listening to vinyl records she asked me if I could make a cake for her in the shape of a record deck.
One of her favourite bands is called Marsicans, and one track in particular she likes is called Terrapin.
The cake is chocolate fudge
