I created this burger for the International Cake Show Australia. It was awarded 2nd in the Faux Food Class and also won a Gold Award.

It is all hand sculptured and painted. No moulds used, took me a very long time!

There is a trend here at the moment to make burgers with any number of non-traditional burger ingredients. This is my statement about the craze of the pop culture icon.
