It was my husband’s birthday and I thought it will be nice to make a cake about fishing as it is our hobby for a very long time.It is all chocolate fudge and white fudge cake with ganache filling, the fish is covered with homemade fondant and sponge brushed using edible dust colors in alcohol. He definitely loved it (…so maybe he’ll get me an airbrush kit?)
Nobody wanted to cut the fish because they loved to look at!
