This is my cake version of Carrie Bradshaw wearing Vivienne Westwood for the “Wedding Gowns Through the Ages” Feature at the Cake International London Show fantastically orchestred by Michelle Pattinson.

I’ve made her out of my recipe of modelling callebaut chocolate mixed with massa ticino. The feather headdress is made out of wafer paper and the veil with obulato. The final magic touch as ever, I brought her to life using Magic Colours.

I’m pretty proud of being a part of this awesome feature with some of my favourite cake artists. I hope you like her.
