Loved making this as it’s not something we have been asked to do before. The cake is made up of an 8" zesty lemon and a 6" chocolate fudge tier. Macaron are homemade and smothered in a milk chocolate ganache and decorated with macaron and Ferrero Rocher. I managed to eat only two of the chocolates whilst assembling. 😜
