Made this small 6 inch cake for my daughter. She had to take the medical boards to be re-certified in her specialty which is family medicine. Here in the U.S. that test has to be take every 7 years, and it’s an all day test. She was stressed out and a nervous wreck. So I decided to surprise her with this cake when she got home from taking the test. It’s a coconut cake with whipped buttercream frosting and fondant flowers.
