I made this cake for an old colleague who wanted a silver drip cake for their silver wedding anniversary. They chose yellow and blue flowers to compliment the brides bouquet all those years ago. The cake itself is a lemon top tier, on an 8 inch high red velvet with cream cheese icing, both wrapped in white chocolate ganache and enveloped in Kaybee sugar paste. xx
