This weekend I went to the National Capital Area Cake show. I entered in the showpiece division a isomalt piece. Unfortunately my piece broke in transit. I thankfully had pictured and was able to put them out for the judges to see. I ended up getting 2nd place. I was told by the judges it would have been 1st if it wasn’t broken.
