This is my entry for Cake International in Birmingham this spring. His name was Mr at first but since I received GOLD for him, I changed it for Sir lol ;)
Loved making him, lots of challenges working with Isomalt- however Isomalt is my true passion, more I work with it the more I want to create,
Hope you like him as much as me- He looks just like glass and its truly amazing and can’t wait to make another one like it ;)
