This is the first cake i have done with the Russian tips, as i just ordered them. i really think they will be good to fill in with as well in a variety of buttercream floral designed cake. This was a 1/4 sheet cake for a family that has ordered from me for years. they wanted one more before they moved out of the area. It is bittersweet, but instead of a plain cake which she ordered so they could just have one more cake of mine, i played with these tips and wanted to give them a little extra for the road.
*I received as a present for Christmas a new camera, but looks like I still don’t have the settings just right, as the colors and details are not quite as clear.
