Birthday cake for a man who’s in to all things British and Madness!
The original design for this cake was The French Cake Company and since the customer could not be swayed at all, in this instance it is pretty much a direct copy.
I considered using edible images for the decorations but it all felt a bit too easy lol, so in the end everything was hand cut from fondant.
