I made this cake for someone who LOVES salads – the funny thing is that while I was making it, the husband called to ask me if i could add garbanzo beans to the salad… I thought that was hilarious because he acted like I was, indeed, making a salad. I made the garbanzos with fondant and he was very happy.

The cake was red velvet with white chocolate vanilla buttercream.
