Another gardening theme cake, this one ordered by a regular customer for her dad. Apparently he has a quiet corner in the garden where he often dozes off with his newspaper and a pint while ‘gardening’! He calls his grandchildren cocker – “hello cocker” which drives her a bit barmy and he knows it, so of course the cake had to say ‘Happy Birthday Cocker’ as a small way to get her own back!! Her favourite flavours of lemon drizzle sponge with lemon buttercream and white chocolate ganache.
