A cake based on Kintsukuroi, the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with lacquer resin laced with gold or silver. These flaws become part of the pottery and is believed to be more beautiful having gone through the process of being broken and mended.
At times we as humans take a beating in life or our relationships are broken due to circumstances but that does not always mean that we throw away what is broken.
