I made this cake for a very special young lady celebrating her birthday. She loves farm animals. Her favorites are pigs, horses, sheep & cows, so I added 2 of each all around the side of the cake. Pigs are the absolute favorite so I added a few on the top playing in the mud. The cake is Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Cake, Filled with Vegan Chocolate Buttercream, Frosted in Vegan Vanilla Buttercream. All details and decoration are Satin Ice Fondant (Gluten, Dairy & Egg Free) :-)
