It was such an honor to be able to make my niece’s wedding cake. The cake is a 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12". Flavors were Crème Bouquet & French Vanilla. Each tier was filled with different homemade fresh fruit glazes, brown sugar spiced apple with ginger, blueberry lemon, raspberry mint and apricot orange pared with vanilla bean butter cream. The flowers were white roses, ranunculus with fondant / gumpaste filler flowers, berries, hydrangeas and buds.
