This is a beautiful white cake filled with chocolate mousse and white cream, I made for my husband and his colleagues celebrating last year achievements. Well… how do I love first tries!! and here I tried ganache it with sharp edges (think I did it) giving a brush effect and stenciled fondant with gold pearl dust.
