There is so many variations on the ballet cake that includes the ballet shoes, ballerina pic and some flowers ontop. When I was given free reign to design a ballet baby shower theme cake I jumped at the chance to do this cake a little differently. The baby ballerina is taken from the invites themselves and handdrawn before adding color and definition.
