A whipped cream knitted fruit cocktail cake for a “Dadhou” (grandfather in Manipuri ) on his 80 th birthday.I absolutely loved making this cake and wanted to give the cake a rustic,wooly and grandfatherly touch to this cardigan .I have used fondant for the collar,buttons and tie rest all is whipped cream.
