Sorry everyone!!! I have been gone for a while now and have a lot of catching up to do on everyone’s gorgeous cakes from the past few weeks!!

Posting my ROCKETS themed 3 tier cake with an edible see through basketball backboard made out of isomalt sugar and an edible basketball right on top with handpainted details…

The cake board was made to resemble a basketball court with fondant player silhouettes on the bottom tier, the Rockets logo and jersey on the middle tier and the final top tier resembling the knotted net of the hoop.The topmost tier was filled with a delicious surprise!! M&M’s!!! 😍😍

I thoroughly enjoyed making this cake! Hope you all like it too! ❤❤
