We made this cake using a dummy top tier, adorned with diamantes and real, fresh red roses. The lower three tiers were lemon, Victorias sponge and chocolate fudge cakes, all wrapped in white chocolate ganache and covered in white sugarpaste. The bottom tier is quilted with edible silver dragees, the silver tier is painted with rainbow dust metallic light silver paint and the third tier is wrapped in black satin ribbons.
