I was so excited about doing this cake- and a little nervous too! I rarely get the opportunity to do fondant wedding cakes. Also my first time using Massa Ticino- and let me tell you it was worth every penny. It was so easy to work with. It’s a 4 tier with fondant layers and hand painted gold trim. This was a design the bride requested after seeing it in Brides Magazine.

I have seen a chocolate wrap but never fondant. It looks awesome how did you do it?
Your layers look great. Good proportions and angles.
I started with fondant covered tiers, stacked. Then just rolled and cut random strips and started wrapping from the top down.
