Hot Wheels Theme and my first attempt to this theme. I loved the final look of it and so did the birthday boy and his family … its always a challenge placing fondant accents on a cream cake unlike a fondant cake .. One slight touch and there’s a mark on the cream ..my hand shivers each time yet I don’t give up working with cream .. lol
It’s been 3yrs and I’ve been baking for this group of friends and their kiddos for each and every occasion, they write to me saying" Karen our occasions are in completed without your cakes .. I feel so blessed and loved with such feedbacks and it just pushes me more each day to give my best ". Hope my baker friends like this cake too .. :-)
