Pavlova

A Pavlova made for our Rainbow Community Centers holiday event tonight. Baked meringue shell filled with sweetened whipped cream and topped with fresh blueberries, blackberries, and red raspberries. It went in a flash, everyone enjoyed it.

The recipe was shared with me by a cake friend from the UK. Easy to make, gluten free and really tasty.
