This was a 6-inch round 2-layer birthday cake in 100% buttercream, even the nose,horns, and teeth. i pipe a basic shape such as the nose, then smooth it out in the shape of the nose, and make an indentation with my pinky finger tip for the inside of the nose openings. Also for the horns, i put in small toothpicks and piped white buttercream,ad shaped with my ring finger dipped in warm water, several times.. dip and shake off excess water. If extra droplets, just get the end of a paper towel to the drop, so it will absorb moisture.
