Hi All,

I’m very excited to present a reworking of my Stag Christmas cake, which has been featured as a step by step by tutorial in this months Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine.

The bottom tier is a Scandinavian white washed fondant paneling, the top tier features a hand painted Stag with modelled chocolate antlers, set against a shimmery silver luster base.

Can’t quite believe that Christmas is almost upon us!
