I was absolutely thrilled to bits to be asked to be a part of the fairytale forest exhibition at Cake International. I’ve only ever gone as a spectator and I remember seeing the Sugarshow Productions Rocky Horror set last year and being in awe of all of the amazing pieces, so to be a part of it this year was really special.
I wanted to create an owl as my little girl has always lived them. The trunk of the tree is made from a dummy and the owl us all Rice Krispie treats covered in massa ticino. He was then painted by both hand and airbrush.
