My birthday cake for my mum affectionately known as Mamma D. Two tiers of gluten free, vegan cake (Top tier- Marble and Bottom Tier – Spiced Chocolate). Covered in vegan ganache. I chose two fabric prints that have always been my favourite reminding me of the vintage clothes mum used to have in her cupboards. Carnations are my Mamma’s favourite flower so no cake for her would be complete without these ruffled beauties.
