The birthday girl wanted a paint themed cake, but wanted a ruffled cake too. So I incorporated a bit of ruffle on her topper and as a boarder to give her both! The 5" and 7" are homemade funfetti cakes and the 9" is chocolate cake, all frosted and filled with buttercream. I hand made all decorations and the topper out of fondant.
