I was delighted when I was asked to create a cake for this photographer… He works so hard at his craft and gives generously,of his time, to others & always with a smile on his face… His work, especially his work at Yorkshire Wildlife Park, has brought him accolades from the national media… Earlier this year he was struck down with Lupus, and he was hospitalised for quite a length of time.. but with the help of his family he is back doing what he loves… although still recovering, he now supports the Lupus Charity through fund raising… he is an inspiration to many and it was a great pleasure to create this cake for him.
