First time joining this legendary collaboration…

Here’s my contribution to the Sugar Skull Bakers 2016 collaboration. As i was sure it would be lots of bust cakes or models of La Catrina so i have decided to go with a 3tiers design adorned with chrysanthemums made from springroll sheets.

This was also the most time consuming cake i have ever made to date with all the little details. and it took me an eternity to get the right pictures with the right background!
