I made this cake for one of my friends who LOVES halloween and monsters! I came up with the design and used Chris Ryniak’s work as inspiration!
Lemon cake with Lemon Raspberry Syrup and Raspberry butterceam, covered in dark chocolate ganache and Satin Ice fondant. The eyes are made with Simi Isomalt and the wings are made with Flexique and wafer paper!
