Unicorn Cake

When my daughter asked for a Unicorn cake for her 5th birthday I was a little terrified.

This is the first big structure cake I have done but i’m really pleased with the outcome. It was a labour of love taking me around 25 hours to complete.

Pretty much all edible : Body and head are cake, other sculpting with RKT and modeling chocolate.

She stands approx 23 inches tall (not including the horn) and weighs in at 16.3kg.
