Here is my contribution for the Go Pink – A Collaboration of Edible Art
The pink ribbon foundation is a super important charity who is committed to helping women and young girls who have been/are fighting breast cancer. I have so much respect for those people and I wanted to make a cake, which represents the pink ribbon charity in a other light. Still pink, but instead of a huge ribbon I wanted to put a garland of pink periwinkles as the eye catcher of the cake. The rest of the cake has white and light pink accents. I really hope you like this cake, because its meaning lies close to my heart.
