Everything that could go wrong did with this cake, lid broke, ganache too soft ( made with milk chocolate as preferred by my grandson who will be sharing the cake with his mum, along with his dad and sister) however I think it wasn’t too bad in the end considering. 8" chocolate biscuit cake covered in ganache and fondant for my lovely daughter in law.
