Navaratri is an Indian festival and it reminds me firstly of Garba / Dandiya dance, houses adorned with Marigold garlands, and most importantly Goddess Saraswati Pooja we used to do as kids by drawing Goddess Saraswati on our slates.
I have tried to put these childhood memories on this cake. Hope you like it!
