Horse Statue Cake

I made this cake for a work colleague who has left to start her own business. He loves horses, So i decided to create a horse statue. The plinth is 3 x carrot cakes, and the horse i made out of tin foil and covered in modelling chocolate. Hope you like :D x

How on earth you made that horse out of foil and modeling chocolate just amazes me. And I love the marble base, the veining is so perfect. Wonderful work!
