This was for my brother-n-law. Love him dearly and love his love for wine! Make for fun cake designs. Sadly I didn’t balance my weight correctly so my bottle was heavy-Yikes! I had a blast pulling it together and trying something new. You always learn where to nip time in the bud and all areas to work on for the next cake each time, so I’m just greatful our family & friends give us endless opportunities to try and learn as we go! Next time I want to try my isolmalt for the glass! Can’t wait 😜
