I love stained glass cakes so thought I would have a little fun with a different shape cake. I painted it using cocoa butter, my favorite thing in the world by the way. I printed life like butterflies onto wafer paper and added some royal icing and wires to give a more 3D effect and added wafer paper grass. I wanted to try and make it as if they were coming to life flying off the cake.
