This was for the first born stepson, who’s crazy about WoW.
I didn’t have a clue about the game so there was much googling for ideas…the landscape was done with petal dust; 3 shades of green, brown and black. And I used just ripped up kitchen roll as a ‘template’ for the hills. The trees were brushed on with edible paint.
The shield was hand cut using a google image, and I was very relieved to find out if picked the right one. The outer rim was grey fondant brushed with light grey shimmer dust mixed with alcohol; I made holes using the end of a paintbrush and glued small balls of fondant for the rivets.
His name was hand made using the logo as a guide for the font, and painted with a mix of gold lustre dust and alcohol
