I always thought my first birch tree cake would be with fondant and wafer paper. But the happy couple didn’t like fondant and didn’t want wafer paper!
Sooo, I had to do it with royal . And it was actually fun to do it. Ok, the first tier wasn’t… but then it got better… ;) No, seriously. I don’t work with royal icing a lot, so this was rather new for me. But I did like it!
