I made this wedding cake for a small wedding being celebrated on a yacht. Everything was great until delivery time when an unbelievable downpour met me at the Marina. The yacht’s captain had a golf cart and I somehow managed to get the cake inside the ship without any rain damage… the stress of it all!!! :)))) BTW, it was a red velvet and cream cheese top and a chocolate and almond vanilla frosting on the bottom.
