Created for the Cirque des Gateaux collaboration, I am dedicating this exciting new chocolate sculpture to my daughter; representing her constant strength, incredible drive, never-ending exploration and her wondrous zeal for life.

The sculpture is inspired by ZAIA Cirque du Soleil. ZAIA tells the dream of a young girl who undertakes an imaginary voyage in space. On the edge of her celestial tour, she discovers the beauty of humanity, which she shares with the inhabitants of Earth upon her return.

The piece is 30 in/76 cm long made of 100% modeling chocolate and cocoa butter paint. The ribbon is made from sugar. The backdrop is an assortment of paint, including cocoa butter and airbrush color.
