This was my contribution to the #aroundtheworldinsugar cake collaboration. I have really wanted to do a bust for the longest time. This was my first time doing a bust cake and sculpting a face. for most of the body and face I used a mix of modeling chocolate and fondant. The fealthers are air brushed wafer paper.
