This was a cake I made for my friend who is moving away to go to flight school! The clouds are made from rice cereal treats covered in buttercream and satin ice fondant. The plane is made of chocolate cake with fudge and salted caramel sauce filling, covered in chocolate buttercream and satin ice fondant.
