It has been a busy summer! With lots of wedding cakes plus tutorials to write and create the cakes for, but it has been fun.

I love Autumn, I adore all the stunning warm colours and that we get to wear snuggly jumpers.

This is my latest tutorial for Wedding cakes and Sugar flowers cake craft guide published by cake decoration and sugarcraft magazine.

I used chocolate paste for the twig wreath around the base tier
The top tier twigs are wires and tape
The mid tier is decorated with wafer card, wafer paper leaves and hand painted centre.
