This humungous wedding cake stands at 4 foot 10 inches high. The sugar lillies and roses took ages and I gave up counting after a while. It was quite a challenge to make as I even had to make my own tins for the 20 inch chocolate biscuit cakes. Transport was a little scary too! I was so happy to see the end of this project, but loved that I got to do it! (Have to admit I won’t mind too much if I don’t have to make any lillies or roses for a while though ;) )
